Aktueller RSS Content wird als Hugo Syna Fragment erstellt und
anschliessend ins apache Verzeichnis kopiert

On a regular basis the RSS content has to updated in hugo blog fragement.
We keep this rss content in a file which is loaded when generating webpages.
The file with RSS content will be ignored via .gitignore
