Website style and content rework
Reworks the website thoroughly but preserves the following concepts:
- everything on one single page
- dynamic content is ingested from https://stadtgestalten.org/hackhro/ and rendered into static html by python script
Notable changes:
- new old logo
- crt monitor effect
- nostalgic (old computer/pixelated) and glitch fonts
- green as main color
- one-column-layout with maximum width (adapts on narrow screens)
- background images and glitch font for sections titles
- calendar look for events
- eye-friendly look for blog
- removed filler activities
