Report SQL request needs too much (increasing) time

As we can see in the the production instance on media.lohro.de with increasing reports also the request time to the API and in consequence from the SQL server is increasing. In development enviroment it is (for me) impossible to get this Endpoint in <10 minutes due a smaller system.
