For impressum and some info pages the backend supports static pages. This
commits is reading the pages and shows them in the footer of the app.

On small Displays this is pracital to see more content

The last color was to green, now it is more blue ;)

We use the ServiceWorker as we have an PWA. This worker is still valid
if all tabs are closed, so we need to disable the old service worker and
register a new one explicit.
